My Policies
Late Cancellations
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee of 55% of the session total.
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled session without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Emergencies & Weather
Exceptions may be made for emergencies, illness, or unsafe weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion. Outdoor sessions impacted by weather may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Photographer Cancellation
If the photographer must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive: A full refund, or
The option to reschedule.
Gallery Delivery & Storage
Final galleries will remain active for 1 month after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all images before the gallery expiration date.
The photographer is not responsible for lost or undownloaded files after the gallery has expired.
